Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BlackEagles, we follow a strict “No Return, No Exchange” policy on all products. We request our customers to carefully check product details, size charts, and descriptions before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. No Returns / No Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (including size, color, or preference issues).

Replacement is only possible if the product is:

Delivered in a damaged condition, or

A wrong item is shipped.

Such cases must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video proof on email or WhatsApp.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in rare cases where:

The product is out of stock after payment.

A damaged/wrong item is verified and cannot be replaced.

All approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
